Tanner's 1st Day of Preschool!

Our little buddy is not a baby anymore! He really hasn't been for awhile now, but I can pretend, can't I? The first day was a piece of cake. Tanner looked around, checked in with his teachers by identifying and placing his name tag in the blue check-in box and with a bright and happy, "Bye, Mom!" he was off to the playdough table!

I was the one who had to tear myself away from his side as I watched his chubby, yet very capable little hands mold the dough. I am glad that he transitioned with such ease, but now what do I do for 2 and a half hours to myself Monday, Wednesday, Friday? Oh, don't worry...I'll think of PLENTY to do :-)!

It is so hard to watch them grow-up and become more independent, but so rewarding at the same time. Enjoy your 2 1/2 hrs!
