I want to preserve marriage - Vote YES on Prop. 8!

Please participate with me in excersising my right to stand up for a political issue that will have profound and deep effect upon my children and my family and my community - and our nation. We cannot stand by, complacent, when the standards and beliefs of the majority are trampled upon and swept away by the minority. Yes, they are loud and puff themselves up to be bigger and more abundant than they are, but as Edmund Burke said,

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

The Family is essential for society to thrive. What are the essential parts that make up a family? Man, Woman, child - and how do we naturally create a family? By a man and a woman coming together in the miraculous experience of creation. The only way that any species continues on and avoids extinction is by male and female coming together to create offspring. We do all in our power to protect such animal species as the Bald Eagle, the Gorilla, and the Marine Otter by preserving male and female pairs and protecting their nests and/or habitat. If we want to preserve our nation and our world, shouldn't we do the same for ourselves? Shouldn't we do all in our power to protect our species?



Talk to everyone you know. Speak with love and compassion and remember, "A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger." (Proverbs 15:1) Christ loved the sinner in spite of the sin. Be sure to stand up for this moral issue. Encourage all you come in contact with to vote and make their voice heard. You may never know how much your influence can do.
